Do you need help?

If you are already a customer, you can contact Customer Service by opening a ticket directly from the App by accessing the “Support and FAQ” section from the home page.

Haven’t downloaded the App yet? You can also send us a report from the Reserved Area on unipolmove.it

Once you are logged in:

  1. Select your contract;
  2. From the menu on the left, click on “Support and Reporting.”
  3. Select “Submit a Report.”

If you are not yet a customer or prefer to contact us in some other way, you can do so:

  • Telephonically, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at 0251881376 (The cost of the call depends on your operator’s rate plan);
  • Online, by filling out our contact form (for those who are not yet customers).
