UnipolMove Europeo is an electronic toll collection service that allows you to travel in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Croatia using a single new dedicated device.

The service is reserved for private customers with light vehicles for personal use.

The service has a monthly fee that allows you to use electronic toll collection both in Italy and in eligible European countries (France, Spain, Portugal and Croatia).

There may be activation costs for activating the service.
However, there are no additional costs for journeys made abroad.

You can activate the service by choosing one of the following methods:

  • At a Unipol Agency: visit one of the authorised Unipol branches and sign the contract. The device will be handed over to you directly at the branch*.
  • Via the UnipolMove app: go to the ‘Services’ section, select ‘Electronic Toll Collection’ and add the ‘UnipolMove Europeo’ offer.
  • Via the unipolmove.it website: log in to the Members’ Area, select “Buy now” next to the “UnipolMove Europeo” plan and complete the order.

If you activate the service via the website or the app, the device will be posted to the address provided during registration.

Once activated, you can use the device both in Italy and in European countries where the service is available, taking advantage of the services included in the Basic Plan.

Activation times for purchases made at a branch:

  • Italy, France and Spain: the service is active immediately (on the same day as delivery).
  • Croatia and Portugal: the service is activated automatically 48 hours after collection from the branch.

Once activated, you can use the device for electronic toll payment in Italy and in participating European countries, making use of all the services included in your Basic Plan.

You can activate the service by visiting one of the authorised Unipol branches. Once you have signed the contract, you will receive the device straight away.

No. The UnipolMove device associated with the Base or Pay per Use offer is not enabled for travel abroad.

To use the UnipolMove European service, you must activate a new dedicated contract and receive the specific device.
